I contacted Tim on the weekend to help with my Wordpress site /blog that had 'broken' due to what I thought was a plugin issue that had been bubbling away for some time. Tim promptly got back to me and got stuck into resolving the issue which didn't take him long to crack at all. Turns out it wasn't a plugin issue but a hosting issue but as well as fixing the issue, Tim kindly upgraded my 'difficult' plugin and some others whilst he was working on my issue. Fantastic service with clear communication every step of the way, a very transparent charging structure and excellent technical and knowledgeable support. I feel a lot better knowing that I can call on Tim for support if needed even if out of normal hours which let's face it is when these problems always seem to happen. Highly recommended!

Well I don’t know what I would have done without Tim. I found him online as my Wordpress site had lost all its images and I couldn’t get site up and running. I had a big blog going live the next day and as a photographer I needed my images. Within 3 hours he had backed my site up, fixed the problem and it was all up and running again. He worked that very evening for me. Having two young boys and no time to do anything I was just over the moon to wake up to a fully functioning site. I have just briefed him to look at some more work. I trusted him and I’m so glad I did. Thank you Tim you are a star!
