No, you don’t have to pay monthly, I can work as and when needed and simply bill you for the time.
If you have opted to pay on a recurring maintenance schedule if the time doesn’t get used its simply carried over, if it turns out there is a lot of time being carried over I will down the price until it matches your usage.
If you’re coming to me with unscheduled small task (under an hour) on average I usually get it done on the same/next day, tasks that take a few hours usually within 2 to 3 days, a full day’s work is usually done within a week or two.
But if it turns out on average you’re always wanting an hour every Friday to maintain your WordPress site I will then keep this clear for you.
You don’t, I do have a list of excellent alternatives I can give you. One thing to remember is that some problems may be out of my reach if I don’t have full control over the hosting environment.
Yes, you can, we can work out an average of all the time needed and any unused hours are carried over, if this then starts to build up we can arrange for the price to be lowered to match your usage.
If you are in Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Birmingham, Coventry or anywhere else in the West Midlands I am more than happy to come and discuss progress on a regular schedule, but if your anywhere else in the UK it’s more likely going to have to be done over the phone or video chat.
With recurring maintenance, I prefer to setup a direct debit as this also makes paying easier for you, though I do accept bank transfers, credit or debit cards & PayPal.
I contacted Tim on the weekend to help with my Wordpress site /blog that had 'broken' due to what I thought was a plugin issue that had been bubbling away for some time. Tim promptly got back to me and got stuck into resolving the issue which didn't take him long to crack at all. Turns out it wasn't a plugin issue but a hosting issue but as well as fixing the issue, Tim kindly upgraded my 'difficult' plugin and some others whilst he was working on my issue. Fantastic service with clear communication every step of the way, a very transparent charging structure and excellent technical and knowledgeable support. I feel a lot better knowing that I can call on Tim for support if needed even if out of normal hours which let's face it is when these problems always seem to happen. Highly recommended!
Glad to have finally found a local company to help me out! Keep it local Birmingham!
Goes above and beyond expectations, over the past year I have worked with Tim on numerous occasions and I hope we can carry on for many more years.
My website developed an error overnight, I emailed Tim at 7 in the morning and within 45min the site was up and working again. Good job.
Tim is an awesome guy to work with. He gives great advice, produced a fantastic site for me and continues to provide help and support. Couldn't of asked for more.
I highly recommend Tim as his service ticks all the boxes!
Tim is very enthusiastic in helping businesses succeed online. Tim's priority is customer service and it shows in his work. I would gladly recommend more businesses take a look at what Tim can do for your business.
Tim is very reliable. He explains technical details in the way that our team understands and always finds the best solution to the problem. His appreciation of both technical and business realities makes him the perfect partner.
Tim has helped me for the last couple of years with my wordpress site. He is by far the most helpful and knowledgable IT guy i have ever used. Please don't hesitate to pick up the phone to him as he's very well priced and always carries out the work promptly.
Tim's service is excellent. He is professional, easy to work with and knows everything there is to know about IT. I would not hesitate in hiring him.
Everyone needs a Tim! He's my go-to for all WordPress queries and his approachable manner makes him a pleasure to work with. He just 'gets it' and is always happy to help regardless of the size of job. A true technical whizz. So much time and frustration saved! Much appreciated :-)
Your WordPress site needs a safe reliable home.
Without hosting, no one can see your website. To get your website online and to keep it online you can simply let me manage it for you.
WordPress hosting is always undervalued and over looked, why build an exceptional website then stick it on a server that’s down every other day or runs slowly at peak times, this will lose you customers.
Without a solid base for your website, it will be unreliable, slow and sometimes inaccessible.
After years of struggling with terrible hosting providers I have created my own network to host sites on.
I can also setup, manage & maintain dedicated/virtual servers.
Starting an online business is exciting, to say the least. However, it is also a challenge because you have to engage in marketing, add new products and deal with customers on a regular basis. It can get overwhelming. One area that you cannot afford to let slide while taking care of your business is security. … Read more
