If you’re not already using a child theme when making changes I can set one up so updates are easier to manage.
I create a staging area for all the sites I work on so changes can be tested first, you can also have access if you're making changes so you can test them first as well.
Just in case anything goes wrong there is always a fallback plan, backups are taken at about 2am every day and are stored for a long time, if you require more than 1 daily backup let me know!

No, you don’t have to pay monthly, I can work as and when needed and simply bill you for the time.
If you have opted to pay on a recurring maintenance schedule if the time doesn’t get used its simply carried over, if it turns out there is a lot of time being carried over I will down the price until it matches your usage.
If you’re coming to me with unscheduled small task (under an hour) on average I usually get it done on the same/next day, tasks that take a few hours usually within 2 to 3 days, a full day’s work is usually done within a week or two.
But if it turns out on average you’re always wanting an hour every Friday to maintain your WordPress site I will then keep this clear for you.
You don’t, I do have a list of excellent alternatives I can give you. One thing to remember is that some problems may be out of my reach if I don’t have full control over the hosting environment.
Yes, you can, we can work out an average of all the time needed and any unused hours are carried over, if this then starts to build up we can arrange for the price to be lowered to match your usage.
If you are in Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Birmingham, Coventry or anywhere else in the West Midlands I am more than happy to come and discuss progress on a regular schedule, but if your anywhere else in the UK it’s more likely going to have to be done over the phone or video chat.
With recurring maintenance, I prefer to setup a direct debit as this also makes paying easier for you, though I do accept bank transfers, credit or debit cards & PayPal.
